Return Policy


There are no returns or refunds on orders that have been processed.

Due to hygiene reasons, I cannot offer refunds or exchanges on any add-on purchases (rings, card-grabbers, cuticle oils, etc.). In case of any problems, please get in contact via email.

I accept cancellations on made to order sets within 48 hours of purchase. NO EXCEPTIONS! Once payment has been processed, your order will be prepped for processing.

I do not accept cancellations on ready to ship sets after 24 hours of purchase. NO EXCEPTIONS! Once payment has been processed, your order will be prepped for processing.

I do not accept cancellations on custom orders after the invoice has been completed. NO EXCEPTIONS! Once payment has been processed, your order will be prepped for processing.

Any custom sets CAN NOT be returned. Therefore, you need to be certain that any slight variations in design are acceptable. I will send a photo and video before mailing your set to ensure it meets your standards.  Additionally, you will need to ensure that you have the correct sizing. I recommend ordering a sizing kit before purchasing your custom set to ensure it is the right fit.

The only time a refund will be issued is in the event I can not complete your order due to illness, personal reason, etc.
If you receive your set and there are any issues - a new set can be created for you  with proper justification (i.e. incorrect sizing, any damage during shipping, etc.). Keep in mind that if you order the incorrect size, there is a fee to get your set replaced. Please follow the size guide or purchase a sizing kit to ensure the correct sizing. 
If your set is damaged (broken nails, lifted/uncured polish, missing rhinestones, etc.) within 7 days of arrival, you are eligible for a free replacement set/replacement nails with proper justification. 
If your set is damaged (broken nails, lifted/uncured polish, missing rhinestones, etc.) within 14 days of arrival, you are eligible for a discounted replacement set/replacement nails with proper justification.  If you experience any issues with your set and would like to inquire about a replacement, email thenailengineer@gmail.com.
